This presentation will provide an overview of the Cobb County Fire Marshal’s Office implementation of the Accela software platform for Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) report submittals. Attendees will learn how to efficiently upload ITM reports through the system, show how the software will utilize the email interface for seamless communication between submitting contract company and property site contact, and properly submit Records of Repairs.
Additionally, the session will cover step-by-step guidance on submitting requests for limited work and sprinkler work permits to resolve any deficiencies that would require a permit. This presentation is designed to help attendees streamline the reporting process and learn how to navigate Accela with some tips to ensure ease of use.
